The Law Society, in partnership with LexisNexis, is offering AI workshops from 15 July to 4 August across the motu. These hands-on learning opportunities are for lawyers keen to deepen their understanding of AI in practice. A recording of our June webinar offering insights into how the profession is adopting AI is also available for purchase.
Closing a practice involves numerous tasks, including storing records, relocating deeds, dealing with client files (open and stored), withdrawing from trusteeships, and resolving all client balances in the firm’s trust account.
